WHO AM I?

I am a person who is always hopeful and has a positive outlook towards life. This doesn’t mean that I don’t face any lows or problems in life. I do face them too, but eventually, my hope, faith, strengths and resilience help me cope with different situations in life.
While the perspective that I am about to put forth might seem too philosophical or unreal to some, I am putting this forward because I have witnessed the same through my own practice and the lived experiences of my clients and others. I firmly believe that "whatever happens in life, happens for a reason or many reasons." Often, in the midst of difficult circumstances, we may struggle to comprehend the underlying meaning or purpose of our experiences. However, I have come to understand that there is usually a deeper significance, purpose and meaning to our experiences, even if it is not immediately apparent.

All of life's experiences, whether positive, neutral, or negative, contribute to our personal growth. Each encounter, each triumph, and each struggle we face has the potential to shape us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is through the integration of these diverse experiences that we cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
I believe that my role as a therapist is to help my clients navigate these life experiences with compassion, curiosity, and a strong belief in their inherent capacity for growth and transformation. By fostering hope, exploring the meaning behind their experiences, and guiding them towards self-discovery, I aim to empower my clients to emerge from their challenges with a renewed sense of purpose, resilience, and personal growth.
