"Ever since I was young, I fantasized about influencing people in good ways. I dreamt of doing something that will make me proud of myself. I was not sure who I would want to become. Choosing a career that aligns with my personality was a big task. I found my passion to offer emotional support to others and decided to become a clinical psychologist. At this point, I was not aware of what it takes to become a clinical psychologist. However, I was determined and focused to achieve the dream I saw. The only thing that motivated me was my faith in myself. I was ready to face the challenges and meet my expectations. I knew it was worth what I was going through and I kept going further without a doubt. Until I reached my destination and got a break. It was not easy but I made it because I had to protect the dream I saw. "

"I love to incorporate methods backed by neuroscientific research. I often paired my treatment strategies with individual strengths so that the individual can relate to them and make the most out of them. Most of my therapeutic approaches consist of behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed practice, and a few elements of mindfulness."

WHO AM I?
"I am a compassionate and empathetic person. I love helping others and being available for them in their difficult times. I find joy in little things. I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones".
"I want to become a calm and relaxed person just like trees in a forest. Life is unpredictable, and in the face of adversity, one has to learn to manage challenges with peace of mind."
"I love working on myself professionally and personally. I have the zest to become a better version of myself. Every day I attempt to improvise things I have been doing such as my eating habits, behavioral habits, and my therapeutic methods in practice. I love listening to music, watching movies, cooking and baking, and taking care of plants. It is a source of joy and inspiration for me. I make sure to read stuff related to my hobbies and profession from time to time."
"We live once and I want to make my life meaningful and beautiful until I leave this world. There is so much to appreciate and be thankful to God for this life. I aim to live for more than 100 years and I know that it's a long journey. It is not going to be easy but I want to make sure that I live this life with discipline and consistency. I cannot imagine my life without my dear ones. They are my world and I make sure to check in with them just like they shower their unconditional love on me."
