I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of hope. Hope is a fundamental human need that keeps us resilient, motivated, and mentally strong in the face of life's challenges. It is a driving force that allows us to navigate through different experiences and cope with the various situations that life presents.

Nishita Vaswani

I am a person who is always hopeful and has a positive outlook towards life. This doesn’t mean that I don’t face any lows or problems in life. I do face them too, but eventually, my hope, faith, strengths and resilience help me cope with different situations in life.
While the perspective that I am about to put forth might seem too philosophical or unreal to some, I am putting this forward because I have witnessed the same through my own practice and the lived experiences of my clients and others. I firmly believe that "whatever happens in life, happens for a reason or many reasons." Often, in the midst of difficult circumstances, we may struggle to comprehend the underlying meaning or purpose of our experiences. However, I have come to understand that there is usually a deeper significance, purpose and meaning to our experiences, even if it is not immediately apparent.

All of life's experiences, whether positive, neutral, or negative, contribute to our personal growth. Each encounter, each triumph, and each struggle we face has the potential to shape us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is through the integration of these diverse experiences that we cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
I believe that my role as a therapist is to help my clients navigate these life experiences with compassion, curiosity, and a strong belief in their inherent capacity for growth and transformation. By fostering hope, exploring the meaning behind their experiences, and guiding them towards self-discovery, I aim to empower my clients to emerge from their challenges with a renewed sense of purpose, resilience, and personal growth.

“The therapy session was better than I expected, and I was able to open up quite freely to share my thoughts. The therapist made me feel pretty comfortable in the session.

I've been on this path of self-love and development since 2020 and I've always wanted someone to help me through with it, and these sessions are helping a lot. She listens to me. I feel heard, even if I mention any small detail she makes sure to hear me properly and provides me with a different and newer perspective.

Please please more than an hour session because 1 hour is not sufficient for venting my heart out and listening to your lovely words and motivation :(

Good morning Nishita. You have been very supportive of me and I really appreciate it. I am grateful that you were a part of my journey. I hope we continue our sessions in the future too. Thank you for your blessings.
